I stayed here for a month with my 2 small kids. As long as I had the no service card out I was left alone. I was offered to choose my own service day. The staff ladies are all very sweet and helpful. The male staff are gentlemen and made us feel very safe. When it was time for us to leave a male staff member came to help me pack up my room and he made everything fit nice and beautiful into my van. He was very kind and super efficient. The beds are soft and the curtains are so dark. The sleep was so great we hated to get out of warm comfortable beds in the morning. The team at this hotel is incredible. The only thing I did not like was carpets.

Great place in town at reasonable rates. Management is friendly and accommodating. Good place in town for long term, extended stays. Full size refrigerator in room as well as a microwave. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

I Recommend This Place.
I don't have much bad to say. It was a clean room. Didn't smell like smoke (which I loathe). Which was a pleasant surprise from most hotels I've stop at recently. Relatively close to food options and a drugstore.

As a female often solo, I've always felt extremely safe in both the parking lot and around the hotel. That sense of security goes a long way! Also, rooms are always clean, and staff always friendly.

The staff is professional but at the same time they make you feel welcomed and like family. Bluegrass extended stay is not only well kept, with a cleaning service that is always on point, they also have some of the most comfortable beds I have experienced.If you are new to town or just visiting they are located right by every store you will need. Grocery, restaurants, clothing, pharmacies, banks, oh and don't forget the car wash. I give Bluegrass extended stay five stars and would recommend this stay to anyone.

When you weigh the pros and cons out, Bluegrass Extended Stay deserves a 5-star. The value for the price is excellent. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and very accomodating. Honestly, I didn't expect it to be this good. The most reasonably priced extended stay in the area. The amenities far exceed other motels in the general price range. I know, I stayed at one, then moved over to Bluegrass. I needed a one-month stay prior to getting into my apartment.

very pleasant hotel stay! I was very impress by the whole familly feeling that this hotel had, it was very welcoming and polite. The staff members such as the maid service and the lady that checked guest in was professional at the same time understanding to the needs of the guest. I Love This Hotel and would recommend it to everyone and anyone who wants a simple and but at the same time professional hotel stay. 5 Stars for the Bluegrass Extended Stay!! Best Staff at of any hotel in Lexington, Kentucky.

I felt very welcomed, being I was from out of town,the staff was awesome. Reasonable price, too.And It was located by all the stores too, which was fantastic 👍 Saving on gas, Yes!!! For sure when I come back to Lexington, KY I'm going to the Bluegrass.
