Hunt-Morgan House
This 1814 Federal-style home is operated as a museum by the Blue Grass Trust for Historic Preservation, which saved it from demolition in 1955. The second floor houses the Alexander T. Hunt Civil War Museum, which includes an extensive collection of Civil War relics and memorabilia. The house, 201 North Mill St., is located in Lexington's historic antebellum Gratz Park. It includes a gift shop and on-site parking. General admission is $7, discounts available for seniors, AAA and groups. The Hunt-Morgan House is open mid-March through mid-November.
